End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Elvento Labs Private Limited for the use of Ghost mobile application. By using this App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• The license terminates automatically if you violate any terms
• We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for any reason

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ghost mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the EULA. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elvento Labs Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Ghost is a mobile application that allows users to send SMS messages to phone numbers without revealing their personal phone number. The App uses masked sender IDs to protect user identity. This service is provided on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to send messages through In-App Purchase.

Zero Tolerance Content Policy

You agree to use Ghost only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or bullying - Sending threatening, harassing, intimidating, or abusive messages
• Hate speech - Messages that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
• Sexual content - Sending sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Exploitation - Any content involving the exploitation of minors or vulnerable individuals
• Violence - Threats of violence, incitement to violence, or glorification of violence
• Fraud & Scams - Phishing, scams, or any form of deception intended to harm others
• Spam - Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonation - Impersonating another person, entity, or organization
• Illegal activities - Promoting or facilitating any illegal activities
• Stalking - Using the service to stalk, monitor, or track individuals
• Self-harm - Content promoting self-harm or suicide

Our content moderation team reviews all reported content within 24 hours. Violations will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and potential legal action.

Content Filtering & Moderation

To maintain a safe environment, we employ the following measures:

• Automated Content Filtering - Messages are scanned for prohibited content patterns
• User Reporting - Users can report objectionable content or abusive users
• 24-Hour Response - We act on all reports within 24 hours
• Immediate Removal - Objectionable content is removed immediately upon verification
• Account Termination - Users who violate our policies are permanently banned
• Law Enforcement Cooperation - We cooperate with law enforcement for serious violations

Reporting Abuse & Objectionable Content

If you receive objectionable content or encounter abusive behavior, you can report it through:

• In-App Reporting - Use the "Report Abuse" feature in the Profile section
• Email - Send reports to abuse@ghostsms.online
• Contact Form - Use our Contact page

Please include as much detail as possible: the phone number that sent the message, date and time, and the content of the message. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

User Responsibilities

By using Ghost, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (this is an 18+ app)
• You are responsible for all messages sent using the App
• You will not use the App for any unlawful or objectionable purpose
• You understand that privacy does not exempt you from legal responsibility
• You accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of the App
• You agree to report any objectionable content or abusive behavior you encounter
• You understand that violations will result in immediate account termination

Credits and Payments

Ghost operates on a credit system:

• Credits are required to send messages
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via Google Play
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time
• Unused credits may expire as specified in the App

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks, and we cannot guarantee delivery to all numbers or in all regions.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software) are owned by Elvento Labs Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELVENTO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elvento Labs Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any unused credits may be forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
